Founder/Chief Visionary Officer
As Founder / CVO, Mr. Garbowicz drives all aspects of the business from concept software architecture to end-market execution. Mr. Garbowicz began the YourNight architecture in 2006, and then formally filed Extreme Enterprises, Inc. as YourNight's parent company in 2007. Prior to creating YourNight, Mr. Garbowicz co-founded Accesswww.com, then leaving Access to launch SarasotaNights.com and SpNights.com, which is now the foundation of what has become YourNight. Mr. Garbowicz has played an active role in every facet of YourNight including concept development, web development and design, accounting, sales and marketing, legal planning and investor relations.
Verne Packer
Chief Executive Officer / Chair
As CEO, Mr. Packer is responsible for investor relations, corporate finances, budget planning, mergers, acquisitions, human resources, legal services and assists Mr. Garbowicz in the sales and marketing sectors. Mr. Packer is a self made entrepreneur and corporate business executive with 30 years of management, marketing, sales and financial experience. By the age of 24, Mr. Packer had founded and sold a chain of 14 retail sportswear stores. By the age of 36, he had spent 12 years working his way up the corporate ladder to become Senior Vice President of Miller Freeman Inc, managing a $100M division, and served on the board of what was then a billion dollar company. Mr. Packer has launched and co-founded many businesses in direct marketing, expositions and internet services since his early retirement from Miller Freeman.
Beto Paredes
Acting Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Paredes is the current CVO of ApogeeInvent, and has become YourNight's acting CTO until a permanent CTO is recruited. Mr. Paredes is in charge of team building, management of the technology team and delivery of our new technology systems, including the maintenance on the existing systems. Mary Bernard
VP, Administration & Treasurer
Ms. Bernard is in charge of all things administration, including, but not limited to; book keeping, paralegal services, office management, customer service, corporate payroll and affiliate payroll. Ms. Bernard has over 20 years of experience as well as certifications as a notary and paralegal.
